Our Commitment

Let Gaming Be a Source of Joy, Not Addiction

bh999h is a trusted online betting and casino platform in Bangladesh. We believe online gaming should always be a form of entertainment — never a sole source of income or a way to escape stress. Our responsible gaming policy is built to keep you healthy and happy.

We want to ensure that every one of our users plays consciously and within their own means. That is why bh999h offers a number of powerful tools — deposit limits, session time limits and self-exclusion — all completely under your control.

Responsible gaming is not just about protecting yourself — it is also about fulfilling your responsibility toward your family and loved ones. bh999h is committed to always putting your wellbeing above profit.

Age Restriction — 21+

To open an account at bh999h and take part in any betting or gaming activity, you must be at least 21 years old. This is both a legal requirement and our ethical responsibility.

  • Age is verified at the time of registration

Signs of Problem Gambling

If you notice the following signs in yourself, now is the time to take steps toward responsible gaming:

  • Repeatedly placing bets to try to recover lost money
  • Feeling unable to stop betting
  • Prioritizing gaming over family or work
  • Borrowing money or spending secretly to gamble
  • Experiencing mood problems or sleep issues

Protection Tools

Stay In Control

bh999h offers a number of effective tools that let you limit and protect your own gaming experience.

Deposit Limit

Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, reducing it takes effect immediately; increasing it requires a 24-hour wait. This feature is completely free and available to use at any time.

Session Time Limits

Set a specific time limit for each gaming session. When the set time is up, the system will automatically alert you and, if needed, end the session. This is highly effective for managing the habit of playing too long.

Time-Out

If you need a temporary break, choose a time-out ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During this period you will not be able to place any bets or play any games. The time-out cannot be lifted until the period has ended.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, choose self-exclusion. Your account can be closed from 6 months up to permanently. No promotional messages will be sent during this period either.

Betting History Review

You can view your complete betting history, deposit and withdrawal records, and session duration at any time. Reviewing your own activity makes it easier to make informed decisions.

24/7 Support

Our Bengali-speaking support team is available around the clock for any issue. Contact us via live chat or email — all assistance related to responsible gaming is provided with complete confidentiality.

Healthy Habits

The Golden Rules of Responsible Gaming

  • Play only for entertainment — do not think of it as a livelihood or source of income.
  • Set a budget before you play and never go beyond that limit.
  • Do not try to recover money you have lost — it leads to even greater losses.
  • Take regular breaks and seek entertainment outside of gaming as well.
  • Stay away from betting when you are stressed, sad or angry.
  • Never play with borrowed money or your savings.
  • Be honest with your family and loved ones — secrecy can be a sign of a problem.
  • If in doubt, take a break and reach out to our support team for help.
